Privacy Policy
Last updated: Draft, October 2026
On the Bill helps performers, their acts and venues keep track of shows and promote them. We collect only what that takes, we never sell personal information, and we don't show ads or track you across other sites.
Who we are
On the Bill is operated by Actual Entertainment, Nashville, Tennessee, USA ("we", "us"). Questions or requests: privacy@onthebill.app.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and password. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider; we never see them.
- Your profile: what you choose to add, such as a photo, the instruments or roles you play, a short bio, your city and state, and links.
- Acts: the bands and other acts you create or join, your role in each, and when you joined or left.
- Shows: the gigs your acts add, the venues, times and the other acts on the bill.
- Technical records: a pseudonymous, hashed form of your network address used only to slow down abuse, and error reports that leave out what you typed.
What is public
Anyone signed in to On the Bill can see act pages and people's profiles, including photos, city and state, and links. Anyone 18 or older can sign up, so treat what you add to a profile as public. Your email address is never shown to other people.
Who helps us run it
We use a small number of service providers, each only for its part: Supabase (sign-in, database and file storage), Render (hosting), Resend (email) and Sentry (error alerts). Each receives only what that job needs.
Your choices
You can correct your profile at any time and leave any act. To delete your account, or to ask what we hold about you, write to privacy@onthebill.app.
Changes
On the Bill is new and still being built. When we add a feature that uses your information differently, such as connecting a social media account, we will update this policy first and say so in the app.
